Book by artist and photographer Georg Gatsas, tracing the development of the London dubstep scene. Signal the Future documents a music genre in the flush of fame, conveying the physical experience of a club night through portraits of key figures, interspersed with cut-up black and white shots of clubbers. In the book’s essay section, large typographic statements bisect the text to express the brutal acceleration of the city’s gentrification.
