Publication documenting the inventory of a collection of long-neglected cultural artefacts, which includes, amongst others, Egyptian animal mummies in sarcophagi, Charlie Chaplin’s uniform from The Great Dictator and letters from Napoleon to his wife. As part of this mammoth project, some 81 workers decontaminated, cleaned and catalogued 221,261 objects over the course of 18 months.
