Identity and website for the Culture Committee in Winterthur, an experiment in participatory cultural promotion. The website primarily serves to clarify how the process works: who can participate; who decides; and how? Posters with these three questions were placed on city centre billboard pillars to capture the attention of Winterthur’s population.
